Bristol Hip Meeting

I attended an excellent 2 day course in Bristol this week on the Rationale and Strategy for Hip Replacement. The lectures were delivered by top class hip replacement surgeons from all over the world. Topics included hip approaches, implant types, the cement debate, infection, fractures after hip replacement surgery, the management of revision hip replacement and the current performance of the differing hip replacement implants in the National Registry data. It was extremely informative and both very educational and very enjoyable.
