Irish Foot & Ankle Annual Conference

High-lights for me were all of Mark’s talks, in particular the posterior approach and im nailing technique for TTC fusions, the importance of rotation in patients with hallux valgus deformity, supra-malleolar osteotomies for ankle OA, the use of the Internal Brace, methods of rehab post ankle inversion injury and VTE prophylaxis in Foot & Ankle surgery.

There was also a lovely blend of academic learning and socialisation – the sign of a well run and well planned meting.

It was a pleasure to catch up with Mark again, and find out what is happening with the Duke basketball team! Go Duke
