In an effort to address unmet expectations following Total Knee Replacement surgery, I have evolved my practice over the last 3 years. I discussed the benefits of Joint School to help allay fear and address expectations. I also discussed our peri-operative pain management strategy, our blood loss strategies, the use of modern implants and their advantages and the use of a new cryotherapy technique called Physicool. Based on Patient Reported Outcome Measures, our patients are delighted with their final outcome.
